If I may add, I think instead of rejected you could call them for what they are, wonderful joyful comics that made someone smile and havent yet found a place on your favorite mag.
Its like that family size bag of doritos when you already have icecream, dunkable chips, hummus, dip, salsa,dinosaur nuggets and pringles. You know the doritos are good, but there just so much one can eat on tonights Halloween movie bingeaton
Thank you for the lovely words - I have zero negative feelings attached to the word rejection for these comics. I know they're good but competition is fierce. I like calling them rejections because it's important to share that rejection is part of the work of being a professional artist. Par for the course and normal!
